The Federated Identity Management (FIM) project introduced the new VIU student cards (VIUcards) with the goal to simplify student access to a multitude of services and facilities. FIM has been adding access to new facilities and will soon add access to services such as printing and copying throughout the VIU campuses. Of course, the new VIUcards continue to provide access to existing services such as Dining Dollars and Meal Plan. Here is a complete list of services supported (and soon to be supported) by the new VIUcards:
