Would you like to become involved in Project AURORA?

Project AURORA is launching an initiative to engage participation from across the campus community. This initiative will involve the creation of cross-functional Special Assignment Teams which will be given assignments with deliverables to be used as input for the project.

How you can participate

Sign-up using the links on this page.  You will be assigned to a team and sent more details about the process.  Each team will be given an assignment to gather information that will be used as we set up the new software systems.

Assignment examples include (but aren’t limited to):

  1. Student Portal: discuss and document the elements of a new student portal that are (a) critical, and (b) desirable.
  2. Employee Portal: discuss and document the elements of a new employee portal that are (a) critical, and (b) desirable.

Time Commitment

It is anticipated that each Special Assignment Team will spend no more than six hours over a period of approximately six weeks in meetings to discuss their assigned topic and document their ideas.

The first round of invitations will be closed on October 20th, 2017.
