All Project AURORA team members along with the Enterprise Systems team are fully engaged in implementation activities.
- The HR/Payroll teams are nearing completion of the third of four parallel payroll test runs and are well positioned for a scheduled go-live of January 1, 2020.
- The student team continues to work on the complex task of data migration, which will allow us to move relevant data from our legacy system to the new Unit4 Student Management system.
- The Finance team is working closely with Enterprise Systems staff to build out the reporting and automated workflow features of the new system, as well as developing the numerous integrations required to allow the new Unit4 Business World system to share data with our many existing in-house systems.
Upcoming HR/Payroll go-live
The go-live date of January 1, 2020 is quickly approaching, and the project team feels well positioned for a successful launch. It is important to note that at the time of go-live, not all functionality of the new systems will be activated. Additional features and functionality will be brought online in a phased approach after the initial go-live to ensure a sustainable pace of change as well as thorough staff training. As we approach go-live, the team will provide more detailed information about what features and functionality are being rolled out.
