If you smell gas, hear gas escaping and suspect a gas leak, Do not pull the fire alarm.- Stop what you are doing, Do not use your cell phone or landline, or operate electrical switches.
- Verbally announce the need to evacuate the building.
- Go outside, leaving the door and any windows open, then proceed to Evacuation Points.
- Call Campus Security at 250.740.6600 and report a gas leak.
- Do not re-enter the building until directed by emergency personnel.
