The Welcome Centre is located on the main floor of Building 300 beside the cafeteria and is staffed by our Customer Service Representative who is available in-person and by phone from 8:30 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
The Customer Service Representative is available to assist with general queries about Vancouver Island University and how to access our programs and services.
