Hazard Assessment

Once hazards are identified (VIU Hazard Registry), they are then assessed to determine the risk of exposure at VIU. A hazard assessment is not about creating work, it's about understanding what the likelihood and consequences of exposure to a hazard is, to ensure that VIU is incorporating the most adequate controls possible to protect our employees and students.
